Ah Joseph Lieberman. The Senator who was quite famous for his campaigns against violent games in the 90s. Now he finds himself refereeing wrestling matches, including those involving Ultraviolent fighting games. He's an old politician, so he moves slowly, counts pins slowly, he can't take bumps well, but...he's extremely strict, and won't give you much time to really use any sort of violent/dirty tactics.
