Restored Player-Stacking Physics

This mod allows you to stand on top of other players in multiplayer. Basically works by spawning in a bit of (player-only) collision above every player. Works in SSHD *and* SS3 modes, though you may have a harder time getting on top of players in SS3.

Notes:
-It's recommended that everyone involved have the mod, as the script is entirely client-side. Anyone without it will probably see you glitching about when you're on top of another player.
-You won't be able to stand on players that are either Swimming, or using a player model that has completely round collision. Only Capsule-shaped collision is supported.
