描述

Based on the Legacy at Millenium Park in downtown, this 72-story skyscraper is among the newest of Chicago's glistening high rises. It stands at the eastern edge of the Loop, both providing perfect views for its residents and making it a centerpiece of the skyline. If the glass were any more reflective, this building would disappear.

Scale - 1:1
Footprint - 7x7
Height - 250m / 820'

Tris - 4000 (LOD 180)
Textures - 1024x2048 d,n,s,i (LOD 512)

RICO ready - 120 high residential homes

Note for the purists - in real life, this building went up *on top* of older landmarks, and therefore I improvized the parking structure at its first few levels. If you're going for the spitting image of Chicago, I encourage you to use Move It to plop some old looking things around it.

Also, this building has hundreds of balconies, and to drastically conserve tri-count I have not doubled the faces on the balcony floors. It looks fine from most angles ;)

@CLᴺ | ๖ۣۜLancelot & @Skaught you guys really don't understand how mods and assets work do you? Tree Privet is a prop, a prop that works without it's "required" items.

All you would need the planters, prop anarchy, and more beau for is if you wanted to use tree privet as on street trees as it's intended original function. Additionally, more beautification is pointless in the era of Find It!

tl;dr you don't always need the required assets for a thing to work
