Tito ♥♥♥♥, Dickman baby! He hates Phil and loves the ladies. This version has one costume and moveset/logic. He's supposed to be strong, but he really doesn't show it. He uses the steel knuckles primarily. He has some comedy moves, just like you'd see in the Nutshack cartoon.
