Carrotoid is a machine created by a scientist that were trying to develop an artificial human. But no matter how many artificial bodies he tested his machine, none of them came to life. Frustated he decided to test in a carrot seeing no other option, to his surprise the carrot started developing human parts. He taught the carrot everything he knew, but kept him away from society. When he was discovered the law enforcers wanted to end his life, believing him to be a monster. Being angry with his treatment by humanity he decided to develop his own carrotoid army using the scientist invention, but his plans are foiled by Volts Man. He decides to give Carrotoid a second chance to live, giving him a new carrot body so he can try living alongside humans again.
