The Hulkster, who has no doubt been made many times over already. This is meant to be one apropos to his WWF/E self, so he has a rather basic, brawly style.

Please note that this version uses a few parts from the New Japan Pro Wrestling DLC. If you do not have the DLC, you can get an earlier version of this edit wrestler here: (URL GOES HERE)

Four costumes, moveset, and CPU Logic. Point total: 215

Costume 1: Classic Hulk costume of yellow trunks and boots.
Costume 2: Blue tights (1985-86)
Costume 3: Hollywood Hulk Hogan, WWE 2002-03
Costume 4: Mr. America

Why do people keep relating Mr. America with Hulk Hogan in this game? I never saw any resemblence between the two at all.

Excuse me, but that is NOT slander! It's in print, so it's actually libel.

I'm sorry to say, but Mr. America is definately, positively, ultimately NOT Hulk Hogan.
He even passed the polygraph! This is slander.
