The actual smallest 3-way directional T interchange!

NOTE: Ultra saves 1 square in depth over Super. Width is the same so I wouldn't be able to achieve the "full zone underpass" effect as seen in the screenshot for Super without elevating the whole thing again. (This was originally why the lowest is 3m as opposed to being on ground.)

There are two stubs (as opposed to zero) stubs due to a "space occupied" issue with the ramp above them. If you want the stubs to elevate as soon as possible (to run street underpasses right next to the interchange), then remove the ramp, replace the stubs, extend the other highways, and put the ramp back in. The center column is 21 m tall (7x 1/4 step).
