Informations:

Le Meurice is a 5-star hotel in the 1st arrondissement of Paris opposite the Tuileries Garden, between Place de la Concorde and the Musée du Louvre on the Rue de Rivoli.

Some facts about the hotel itself:

1.The hotel was founded in 1771 and opened 1815.
2.The hotel has a staff of over 400 and houses 160 rooms decorated in the style of Louis XVI which start at $1,235 USD per night.
3.Salvador Dalí spent about a month of each year over 30 years in the old Royal Suite Alphonse XIII.

Technical: It has upgraded stats of the Tax Office (doesn't use a lot of water; doesn't generate a lot garbage/sewage; doesn't produce noise).

It's best to place the building in a city block 8 tiles wide, since it has two facades that should be overlooking streets.

They are locked to city progress milestones. Just use UnlockAll mod or something like it and they will stop asking for it.

Hi, I absolutely love all of your assets, they're amazing. I have this weird issue though where some of them have a requirement to "Construct a water treatment plant" before I can use them. For example, "Porte St Denis", "Grand Hotel Terminus", "Paris Metro 2" and many others. Is this some mistake I've made? Thanks again.

@tarheelfan8662 I should be posting one new RICO asset today or tomorrow. After that I have a nearly finished project, but it needs script modding and some texture fixing, so I'm not sure when it will be posted (I'm also leaving for more than two weeks in August so there's that). After that one, it depends on what building I will choose.
