Informations:

This is a typical Haussmann style flat found at Rue de Rivoli in Paris. It's the only area in the city which features such buildings with arcades.

Additional informations:

Main model: 3604 tris; 1024x1024
LOD model: 58 tris; 256x256
Template used: Growable; 2x2 Level 3 High Residential (Blockhouse)

@dobartka I used a "Move it" mod to place the buldings around, but the mod linked in the description works too (even better with growables). That's how most people create their european-like cities.
