How to use this mod!

To use this mod you must set sv_consistency to 0 to do this go to Options then Keyboard/Mouse and enable developer console then simply press the key to the far left of the numbers on the top row of your keyboard and type in "sv_consistency 0" without the quotes!

My question is what mod map is that i seen a lot of people using that for a special infected mod or just a common infected mod they made and i never knew what that mod map was called so can someone please tell me what it is?
