Champions of Midgard (scripted)

Features over original Mod:
- Increased Play area
- Setup scripts (automatically detects the number of seated players and sets up the game accordingly)
- Auto-NextTurn scripts (includes refreshing all cards and supply as well as returning workers and other items to the player boards)
- Claim Ship/Worker and Admin only reset functions (claiming a worker or ship will include it in the nextturn cleanup scripts and return those items to your board) (the reset function is for the admin to use if someone clicks the buttons out of turn)
- Dice rolling scripts
i)The buttons are tied to the player color of the player who clicked the button, so "Send Back Survivors" will send the dice back to your own tray
ii) the Re-Roll Button will reroll all dice still sitting at the bottom of the dice roller
iii) "Send the Dead to Valhalla" will return dice on that platform to the supply
