I can't seem to get this working either, I'm afraid. The mutator does nothing, sandbox does nothing, customspawnfix and zed manager mutators did nothing, and I've been baffled by serverperks for a time now, even after looking at guides.

I do have a copy of the files, I can upload it somewhere if that would be of any help.
