This is the Dairy Queen Grill And Chill. Dairy Queen is a United States Ice Cream and Food Chain serving the United States of America and dozens of other countries around the world. Diary Queen is a subsidiary of the company Berkshire Hathaway, Dairy Queen also owns the company Orange Julius. Enjoy Your Treat. NOTE: RICO VERSION COMING SOON.

July 4th: Celebrating America Event

Tonight to honor July 4th. I will be being have a special event. the Event Starts on YouTube at my Channel at 8:00pm. Where i will be posting a Special Planet Coaster video. The event ends with my next asset for Cities Skylines: Smashburger.

@MGGebriel, Thank You for Your Support. However, do to specific classifications and other factors I have decided RICO is my best option. However I did consider your proposal.

Some great assets! Subscribed to all of them! One suggestion though. Instead of rolling out RICO to your assets, it might be great creating these as growable commercials.

@Icantthinkofname Thank You for your thoughts however the bulding is a little bit on the bigger side on purpose because i have Alot of assets that are big that surround it from various content creators which is why is it a little bit on the big side. Sorry,

This looks really good, especially if its a first try. The only thing I would do is downsize the building itself a little bit, but other than that this is a solid asset.

@KingLeno Thank You for taking a look at my Diary Queen. you are my inspiration to as to why i started Modaling on Cities Skylines.
