His life may have ended in a controversial fashion, but Snuka lived in my hometown for most of his life. Four attires (although the secondary garb is passable), with a full moveset and logic based around his FPW2 default.

If you wanted to make some tweaks, you could upgrade the Breathing to High, the movement speed to Medium, the Punch and Power to 8, and the Defense stats up a point each.

Fair enough, I guess based on this guide I found I considered him more of a lower tier main eventer. I mean, he is a WWE HoF for whatever that is worth now.

A wrestler who regularly headlines wrestling events, and has
likely held a major title for some period of time. Also, many
legendary juniors (Dynamite Kid, Tiger Mask) may fall into this
category, as their skills are well above those of other juniors,
yet lesser than most heavyweight legends.

Snuka was more of a upper-mid-carder most of his career. Also, these stats are based on his FPW2 stats. 164 is fairly high for a wrestler who isn't supposed to win every match against similar talent.

Only 164 points, that is mid-carder status. I would say Snuka should be more around the 190ish range.
