Mid Tech Storage Tanks

Look, I don't know what fool with funny hair told you that "coal is making a comeback", because I can tell you that everyone's truly in love with the carbon sludge they call "crude oil"... And the level 2 factories need lots of it if you want your plastic cups, your plastic smart phone cases, and your gasoline... And I have just the solution!

These level two tanks are obviously marked with two stripes to indicate their superiority to level one tanks. They're much taller too, and look a lot more polished all the while surrounded by brighter lights and tidy storage areas.
