Ninja Ref

The Ninja Ref is based off the purple clad ninja in the Kasumi Ninja box art. (Presumably Gyaku)

He's quick on his feet, quick to get up due to being a trained ninja, he's very lenient on illegal acts, due to his "let them fight" mentality, but is very quick on outside counts, due to a desire for fighters to "ENTER THE COMBAT ZONE", and he has little tolerance for outside interference or team shenanigans.
