I have all the FMW Tokyo Pop VHS tapes, I can assure you he's blonde for well over a year. It's also why He's blonde as a FPR default and on Virtual pro 2.

While he was H he'd also be Hayabusa from time to time, until Gannosuke stole the mask and call himself Hayabusa. Then at Judgement 99, H would defeat Gannobusa and reclaim his mask.

Eventually he'd drop the H gimmick altogether and just be Hayabusa.

Yeah I've seen him with blonde hair as H but not as Hayabusa with the mask and everything. I assume he didn't have it for that long then? I've tried searching for more images and footage of it but they're hard to come by.
Also, in that second image his hair isn't quite as blonde as I expected from looking at your Hayabusa. So it's definitely possible that I've seen it but not taken notice of it.

I guess you missed the whole H/Hayabusa angle circa 99-00. However alternate attires have brown and black hair.
