v1.2 is now out with improved water depth. It should be easier to place docks near cities. Also some previously inaccessible channels can now be used for shipping. Also added some previously-missing lakes. Added 4 cities: Port Renfrew, Sechelt, Blaine, Bellingham.

This map is very lovely, but it is a shame that the water is way too shallow to allow you to place docks.

OK thank you. Can you tell me in what a file it finds mod if he(it) please you! Lol. I do not find them the file of mods, I have steam on record(disk) C and quite my games(sets) on record(disk) D? THANK YOU

Map starts 02-Aug-1862 (not 1962), the incorporation date of Victoria BC.
If you really want to start in 1850 you can edit (or comment-out) the startDate line in map.lua

Can you actually get ships through active pass? Looks very small from that screen. Awesome area though for boating in the summer.
