Sopresatta, EP2 is Half Life 2: Episode 2, while CSS is Counter Strike: Source. Check out GmodContent .com to download their content packs if you don't own them. These are common requirements for many Gmod maps to avoid missing textures and errors.

Where do i get EP2 and CSS..?

This map is just glorious. Going around and trying to find all of the interesting little things you can interact with is a game in of itself.

if there is no original props, etc, made by the author on this map, just regular EP2 and CSS content, then decompile will work no problems

I don't have the .vmf anymore it was on my old PC from 8 years ago. Also the filehost server has gone down... There may be few developers here and there with the .vmf, other options is to decompile the map.
