This is just like the other version of Haggar I made, but without the strap. I admit it 's kind of weird looking with it.

Include 4 very difficult to make outfits, so please realize the limitations of the game force me to make some compromises (there aren't any glasses, chest straps, rolled up dress shirts, etc) a very difficult to create full moveset (there's no spinning piledriver!) and a full custom A.I.
