Compatible with ns2 1.0

Replaces ns2 sounds with mario sounds.. or does it..

This mod hasn't been updated for ages, which i should get around to doing :p. Also, soundpack mods need to be loaded up by the server as well, otherwise they fail to pass consistency checking and your client will just default to vanilla ns2.

It was initially supposed to trick people into downloading it by making them think it was only fixing a problem with the normal ns2 data :p. Causing too much confusion now so i'll change the title.
