Map is complete. has many flaws. Work on & updates discontinued.

VERY EARLY CONCEPT DESIGN. A BETTER ONE WILL EVENTUALLY BE MADE. IT'S JUST VERY TIME CONSUMING AND REQUIRES LOTS OF TESTS.

(UPDATED) 25/7 Attempt to improve AI (AI player 6 to have Gorgutz in hero line up)
Warp Spiders Replaced for Player 2.
Power Core now vunerable. Still requires range to strike. Base can be built in town if range needed.

If you want to make it harder and have some fun. Place a human as player 6 or face a real fight and have all AI slots filled with human players. Best if human enemies only command the next units to encounter.

-For optimum game experience player slot 1 must play as Space Marines, If playing Solo don't add AI allies
and use slot 1 regardless of your choice of faction

Game creating options:
For how I intended it to play follow rules below. It is okay though for players 2 & 3 to go the faction of their choosing.

-Powercore mode
-Player 1: Space marines with Angelos + 2. Plus Healing Listening posts, and fast standard doctrine.
-Player 2: Eldar with Macha +2
-Player 3: Orks with Gorgutz + 2
-Set Players 4-6 as AI Hard or Normal no noticeable difference. Faction player 6 Ork with Gorgutz.
-If playing single player than it is ok and recommended to pick position one no matter what faction as it will give you the healing bases and the most extra heroes.

Map Rules:
-Player 1 must be Space Marine to utilise maximum on the go team healing capability.
-Only player 1 SM gets 2 servitors to build listening posts on capture checkpoints, so you will always have a close healing fall back point.
-Do not bring Titan or other walker class heroes (including vehicles). There is only about 7 small areas they can land and after that they become a nice map ornament.
-After each sector there is a Space Marine HQ to provide rapid healing.
-There is almost no where to build structures so don't bother.

Tips:
-Range is required to destroy the enemy powercore. But I have allowed building in the city so you can build some if needed as long as you didn't lose your builder.
-Keeping your heroes health up and taking time perfroming coordinated assaults with your team on each enemy pack unleashing all hero abilities at once is a faster and more efficient strategy then rushing becoming weak and out of sync waiting for respawns and relying on finding a build area and producing support units. If done right each encounter will last about 5 seconds except for groups with the more tougher units.

Yeah I kept trying to balance the difficulty with minor changes but eventually moved on. Anyone is free to open it up in world builder and tweak it to their own liking

One more thing you will need to add a line to one of the map files to make it visible in the map selection menu

Go to you DOW3 document mod source folder

C:\Users\Josh\Documents\my games\Dawn of War III\modssource\scenarios

Go there and open up the option file to the map.
Not the -
*map_name.option BAK* file.
Open the -
*map_name OPTION* file with notepad. It will have this wriiten in it:

minimap_size =
{
768,
729,
}
uses_ice = false
visible_in_lobby = true
scenario_type = 1

add this line to the bottom.

win_conditions = {"PowerCore","annihilation","annihilation_with_turrets"}

It should look like this:

win_conditions = {"PowerCore","annihilation","annihilation_with_turrets"}

Then save

Aight. Just wondering. But I wanna thank yah a lot. For teaching a bit/a lot about modding maps. Also I gave your map a chance in power core and it was a bit hard but fun and amazing. But I wanna wish you luck on your maps and can't wait too see them.
