Some parts acutate while you throttle, I am aware this is sort of annoying if you let go of throttle often.

Use Page Up while not in Operation mode to use the thrusters in the back.

While in Operation mode use Page Up & Page Down to rotate the wheels and lift the body off the ground (or reach it slightly more).

While outside of the car or while having RMB pressed you can press Q/E on the front hood acutator to reveal the engine.
You can also individually change the hydraulics on the wheels this way.
