OVN Fimir HGS Submod

Descripción
Balances all OVN's faction effects from tech, skills, buildings, and items in line with Hecleas Grand Strategy.

Your feedback is essential so comment any imbalances or bugs you notice for THIS SUBMOD ONLY. I strongly recommend experience with both Hecleas Grand Strategy and OVN Fimir separately so you know what the faction is supposed to feel like before reporting balance issues. Nevertheless let me know of any problems needing correction.

Obviously both mods are required.
