Frackin' Liquid Source UNLOCKED

Unlocks FU Liquid Sources so that they appear in the power station in the situation that the player character has already completed liquid Chemistry Research.
Currently there is no way I know of to retroactively activate a recipe if the prerequisite research has already been complete by the player which is why this mod of a mod of a mod exists.

This mod should not be used for new characters.
