Compatibility patch to make these mods work together.

Load order:
1. Oriental Empires
2. Bum to God: Rags To Riches - RTP
3. THIS

This will fix the issue with succession_order_laws being overwritten.

The default succession at the start of the game and the succession of independent lieges will still disappear, as will the succession of vassals if there is no order change. Is it because the government of the Eastern Empire is unique?
