I had to keep my tenants happy by fulfilling their special needs and buying them furniture. In return, they defend the apartment from invading adventurers and heroes.

Tenants will go about their day, some will go to work, others will hang around in their apartment; some monsters don't get along with others. I found myself chuckling often to the various activities of my tenants. Also, the soundtrack is super catchy and light-hearted, which fits the game perfectly.
