Alright, I'll keep it short and to the point:

If you love huge, bada** trucks with classic American diesel horsepower and the freedom of driving through gorgeous American scenery with a mix of small town America and huge cities like San Francisco, THIS IS FOR YOU!!!!!! Each state is beautifully done, and SCS has a team revamping the older DLC's, with the first in that lineup being California. If I keep writing I'll go on forever, but PLEASE don't hesitate to get ATS, it really is worth it and so far I've got 272 hours in just a few weeks. This game will be relevant for years to come, and I can't wait to see the US finished!!

I would not recommend this Train Simulator or any other train simulators created by Dovetail Games to anyone. They couldn't care less about customers who have been with them forever. They keep promising updates of routes, locomotives, bug fixes, and so on yet deliver almost nothing even concrete. They are very sneaky, in that they come out with a whole new, barely updated version of the game, i.e Train Sim World 3 now with the fixes that we should all have gotten a long time ago, that some of us have been waiting quite literally a year or two for. The game and DLC's are overpriced for the generally poor quality they are. Do not buy this game, any DLC, or anything else from DTG. Their business practices are abysmal and would rather spit in your face by releasing an entirely new game than fix their low quality and buggy routes and locomotives. MSTS from 2003 is better than this. My advice? Take the money you're going to spend here and go buy Run8, where there's realistic physics and they don't force you to buy an entirely new Sim every year or two with hardly any features or fixes added that they promised would be on the previous iteration.
