You're right. I hate people. I'm afraid of them. I've been afraid of them for most of my life. The people I loved — the people I trusted — did the worst things to me. And for a long time, that was all I knew.
So yeah, I called my group fsociety because you know what?

Society deserves the hate for everything you said they've done, and even more.

But... there are some people.
And it doesn’t happen often.
It’s rare.
But they refuse to let you hate them.
They actually care about you — no matter what.

And the most special ones, they’re relentless about it.
No matter what you do to them.
They take it and still care about you.
They don’t leave — no matter how many reasons you give them to.
No matter how badly you beg them to go.
And you know why?
Because they feel something for me that I can’t.
They love me.

And for all the pain I’ve been through, that heals me.
Maybe not right away.
Maybe not for long.
But it heals.

And yeah, we screw up.
We do ♥♥♥♥♥♥ things to each other.
We hurt each other, and it gets ugly,
but that’s just us, in any world you’re in.

And yeah, you’re right.
They tell all of us we don’t have a chance,
and still — we stand.
We break, but we keep going.
And that’s not a flaw.
That’s what makes us us.
