Okay so Gray zone is really fun, when it is working...you will run into disconnects often, it freezes, its not optimized but my god do i keep coming back. I played Tarkov in prealpha and saw the same issues so im not dissuaded by them. This game has a ton of potential and i see a great future ahead!

its more amazing, the quests dont bore me like in tarkov, the ai are challenging and make you think outside of the box (looking at you tiger bay) I kept dying and decided id clear out a road then start hopping fences until i reached my target area and got my quest done DESPITE THE AI. its got a lot of promise and has totally sold me

CS2 is not optimized yes, there are stutters every now and again and i can understand why that is an issue for people, but the vast improvement of the game as a whole is very noticeable, i used to struggle in cs1 to make a convincing looking city, it looked like a kid lined up blocks and called it a city, NOW in CS2 i can do the dumbest layout ever and by god does it look good. performance will be patched eventually but its a damn good game

turn down settings until its patched and just enjoy the damn game

i CANNOT get enough of this game. the detective work has really been fun! I logged in thinking id play for a couple hours doing side jobs. That was at midnight. When i finally found the lipstick killer, it was 530..
This game makes you think, rabbit holes are explored on the wrong people if you aren't careful!

overall a fantastic start and i cannot wait to see where this goes.

If i were to suggest anything, it would be adding criminal records for some of the citizens and possibly a federal fingerprint database for said felons.. that way some of the harder missions can be completed (if your mark is a felon) while keeping a balance..

additionally being able to see closed cases would be neat as well!

I will be spending MANY more hours on this game going forward!

REMEMBER its early access, there are things missing but overall a solid foundation! I cannot wait for whats to come, and give me back my turtle shell water collector!!!!!!!!!!!!

games great and the community is gooder..was kitted out by multiple vets and never ran into anyone toxic

Welp my first review...was gifted this and was super excited.. i had played the beta free weekend and had no issues..but sure enough come launch i cannot play.

issues:
ping is 30ms but i cannot keep over 20fps. on lowest settings, (i am well above the minimum requirements)
I let go of my w key and my character stops then walks forward about 3-4 feet.
Shots go straight through people
enemies zip across the map as statues.

good stuff:
guns? idk

please fix this game so i can edit this
