This is a new virus. Written in NET and has obfuscated code. Major antiviruses don't detect it yet, and I can't be bothered to report it to them. So just think about it and don't fall for these tricks. Don't run .EXE/.SCR/.BAT/.CMD/.COM etc. Those are some of the executable filetypes in Windows, but not only. It's Microsoft's fault the .SCR format is still in use.
