A nice but a bit rushed conclusion to Max & Chloe's story. A really good final.

The characters were nicely written, especially the main cast (Max, Chloe & Moses). I still wishes side characters were more developped (Vinh, Safi, Safi's mother, Lucas, Amanda). They are fine but would have benefited of more interactions. Especially when they were introduced in DE wich was meh at best.

Still they are fine, Lucas & Vinh are WAY less annoying than in the previous game and THANKS GOD they cancelled the marvel BS with Safi at the end of Double Exposure.

The story felt a bit rushed. Max & Chloe's relationship didn't. It's the core of the game.
I never shipped them in the 1st game but here it felt kinda natural. Still works as a friendship only tho.

The game didn't grabbed me as much as LIS1 or TC but was really close. Art direction is beautifull, with a same art style of TC & DE (wich I do like). There are some visual glitches & pop-in and the landscape/map would have benefited of more props/details in general.

An other negative point would be: some characters motivation would have benefited from a lot more dialogues/interaction. The sms/message (phone) system was completely overlooked. Would have been nice to talk/message old characters like Joyce, Kate, Warren, etc...).

Overall, good stuff, worth 40€. If you like narrative game, go for it. Play LiS1 before of course (Double Exposure at a reduced price too if you want more Max Caulfield).

An amazing game inside a shop with 20 to 150€ skins/skin packs... With no way to get the coins like it was possible in OW1 back then. it's 700 coins per 9 weeks IF you play a LOT. So 1 year to get 1 legendary skin.... Don't get me started on what you get in the (limited timed) battlepass when you don't pay 30€.

Am I the only one that find that insane ?

Super annoying because it's great game, with a variety of characters you can play as. Want to play an aggro support ? Go with Juno, Kiriko or Moira. Want a TF2 Medic from the old days, go with Mercy. Can't aim or want to play melee ? You can. The art direction is amazing like usual (tho characters that came out during OW2 were questionable a lot of the time).

Overall, Great game, Super fun. Run smoothly but Garbage (one of the worst) cash shop out there.
Downvote because of how predatory the shop is (fomo everywhere) but if you can ignore all the skins/progression, you'll enjoy the game :)

They nailed the ending. Great narrative game. Animations is ever better than a lot of animated TV series. The dispatch gameplay is fun and a good way to mix gameplay and cinematics.

We need 5 more seasons with this cast.

Amazing game. Monsters are really well animated and the fights are mostly well made (f*ck you rathalos).
I would love to enjoy it and play with friends. Especially the real part of the game (farm, fight monsters tougher than the ones in the campain) but I can't since it keep crashing. 1 month after release and it's not playable. shamefull

Ceux qui sont fans de la série vont surement aimer. True Colors était cependant plus cohérent et mieux réalisé. L'aventure est top jusqu'à l'épisode 3. Différents arcs narratifs mis en place. On se demande ce qui se passe (même si prévisible si vous avez déjà consommé de bon films/séries). La motion-capture est top-tier. On retrouve Max fidèle à elle-même mais adulte. Très réussis. Les personnages sont attachants.

L'épisode 4 et 5 sont tous les deux faits en vitesse. rushé. Les subplots passent à la trappe. Le jeu globalement ne raconte pas grand chose. Et surtout la direction de la série va à l'opposé du coeur même de la saga (sans spoiler, épisodes anthologiques, pas besoin d'aller en mode teaser full marvel, non merci....).

Je recommande pour les fans du 1er LiS et de True Colors. Pour les autres ? Attendez une belle promo.

PS: j'ai fais les 2/3 du jeu avec steam hors-ligne. Apparement il ne garde ni les heures, ni les succès.

Excellent game. Great story & characters. Humor is on point (tho character speaking all the time can be annoying, got used to it tho).

Gameplay is ok at best (it's one of the few lower point of the game). It's fun but clunky and take a bit of a time to get used to it/enjoy it.

I really hope We get a 2nd game with this cast. I enjoyed them more than the movies actually !

Excellent addition to the Life is Strange saga. More mature themes in this one than the 1st or 2nd game (still waiting for the remaster to play Before the Storm).

At first I was waiting for some cringy dialogues since it's a trend nowadays (in TV shows as games alike sadly). But honnestly nothing like that. All characters are believable. The motion capture (especially the facial expressions are ON POINT). Wich is important for that kind of game. Something that was always lacking in the previous entries, even in the 2nd game.

You could delete 3-4 hours from my playthough since i was afk hours. So it's 10-12h journey IF you take your time, listen the music or enjoying the calm moments. (7-9h if you don't take breaks and go for almost A-B only).

The power is not that much used but it always has been like that even with Max back in LiS1. Still would have hoped for more feautres with the powers or secondary objectives.

I'm really pumped to see future entries for Deck Nine. Life is Strange (hopefully) or otherwise.

As a huge Mass Effect fan, it's just sad there is so much technical issues You can't even play the game.
Took me almost 2 hours to successfully launch the game. To see it STILL doesn't launch the next day.

ME's Gameplay is better. Not as good as ME2/3 but miles better from what We had in the original. Same goes for the graphics (tho the citadel needed way more love than what it got). The levels are really good. Textures are on point. Especially with the characters.

The fact everything is in one package, all DLC's included is really nice. The xp balance changes in ME1 are neat too.

The game won't freaking launch. Cyberpunk got sh*t for its buggyness but man this one can't even start for A LOT of players.
21:9 support isn't there. It's there during gameplay, not cutscene. I know ME2 could be changed back then to be fully ultrawide compatible but since the 3 games here use the ME3 version of Unreal Engine 3 I don't think we'll get that without mods. And even that is not guaranteed. Not the worst thing but a fake adv.

If you don't want to bash your head against a wall, just play this game on console.

Grosse suprise de fin d'année 2013, le jeu est ultra jouissif, très bourrin. Pour résumer simplement, c'est un successeur de painkiller, sauf qu'on découpe 300 000 ennemis en morceaux. Le gameplay au katana est excellent, très nerveux et ultra précis (vous pouvez régler le niveau de contrôle du katana, de "basique" à "fidèle" au combo clavier/souris. Si je devais dire quelles sont les armes au corps à corps les plus agréables à jouer, je dirais que le katana passe devant le gameplay de Dark Messiah.

Il n'y a pas qu'un katana évidement, divers armes assez classiques seront de la partie, surtout contre les gros démons et les boss de 100m de haut.

Je vous conseille donc ce jeu, à la base je n'aime pas des masses les jeux bourrins style Serious Sam/Duke Nukem/Painkiller. Et pourtant ce jeu m'a tapé dans l'oeil. Rajoutez à ça l'humour vache/débile durant toute l'aventure entre les deux personnages principaux et enjoy.

Durée de vie: 12 heures, je l'ai fini en 18 heures.

Accrocheur dès les premières minutes, avec la voix du narrateur parfaitement choisie, le jeu est facile d'accès tout en proposant un petit chalenge dans une superbe ambiance. Je conseille ce jeu aux curieux, vous ne le regretterez pas (sauf si vous détestez la couleur mauve...et encore...il pourrait vous faire aimer la couleur mauve).
