Addicting if you put hours on it.
Nowadays there are barely any hackers (at least in competitive level), but you may be called hacker or whatever depending on your level even if you're not using any kind of cheats...

The community although is not good enough. Lot of users (mostly russians and turkish) ruins some gameplays. But at least the penalties are fair when someone goes afk or leaves the game quite often (30 mins to 7 days is what I've seen).
