This is a yes and a no... I like this game... its ok. My biggest issue is that while i enjoy the early game portion, once you are forced to pick more and more clashing menu items it just becomes unmanageable and stressful. If the RNG is working in your favor, than you'll have a slight better time for longer but the inability to CONTROL your own menu crushes the fun out of things.

I'd also like to see rewards or reasons for working hard. Unlocking new items with more recipes would have been fun. Bigger stoves, better kitchens. Career mode would have been fun had we started small, like a house kitchen for dinner parties and worked out way up to high-class restaurants.

I love what they have going here, so I hope the build off of it for a cooking sim 2 in the future.
