Project Zomboid is a one one a kind game. It has amazing immersion, world-building and overall trumps the rest of survival games on the market.

Current State:
Build 41 - Play it if you want multiplayer. It's still amazing but is a shadow of the game compared to where it's going.
Most of my hours have been in Build 41, with a lot of MP and around 40 hours in Singleplayer. I would highly recommend a SP run, before trying MP, to get a feel for the world.

Mulitplayer is great fun, with any amount of people. All the mods as well at your disposal, due to amazing modding community. You can keep things historical with weapons/cars that are to the time period, or get a more modern sort of game. It's amazing fun.


Build 42: I will admit, for people from Build 41 it is different and when I first picked it up. I enjoyed the basements, updated lighting, new ID's, books, newspapers. All the small details were great. But when trying to imitate my B41 mindset of find a weapon and start picking off small groups until I can clear a decent area within the first few days. It went awfully wrong, with the new muscle fatigue system (Can be edited in Sandbox). I really couldn't get with it.

Since reading the updates more, and the near bi-weekly updates since the new year, I gave it another go, with a clear head to well focus on not dying. Not trying to stock up on enough supplies for a small town in days, but to take it slow. Start somewhere rural, look for houses nearby with minimal zombies and go from there. It's been around 3 weeks in-game, found a nice country house got involved in skinning animals, making small loot runs and running way more times then I would like to admit even from a smallish fight, as I know more will come. I've had the most fun, and immersive playthrough ever of PZ.

If you want a hard game, that gives you that real feeling of barely getting away with your life. Then just get it. The roadmap for the game, seems to only be looking better.

Very fun, good to play with friends, and would recommend to any friends. But would be better with more people roaming the world.

Arma I have spent around 300 hours which are mixed of milsim, wasteland and mostly RP specifically roleplay.co.uk which is very good in these short hours i have had a great time and moments which i will never forget

Hours of fun and gets better every time i play i'm not the best but it's still great and can't wait for the new DLC

I have played the game i refunded it but now im buying it again it's ark i have over a thousand hours combined with pc and xbox add me my gt is same as steam but anyway ark is my most played and enjoyed game and this is a big expansion but they have but too many goals too reach like 40k players they need to slow it down and fix bugs this has always been the issue the ark devs focus on big steps and take big leaps and forget to take the small steps to debug this game i get that it's scientifically impossible to have no bugs but there is too many at the moment i really hope this game finds his big group of players hopefully new and veteran can join and play this

im now a slave for a 30 man group on official they have 9 slaves im pretty high up in slaves i dont get beaten every hour only every 2 hours its great casue i sneak resources out

The new update lets you get anything you want it's taken time but now everyone can have a fair chance to fight and to get new stuff this game is worth it now it's less of a grind thx devs

i bought this game 2 years ago when it was only avaible by the website i have made over 20 factories i have spent over 1 thounsand hours on it this now its on steam i think its going to skyrocket beciuse of all the buyers just buy it its great and challenges you like no other game if you are old school and liked dungeon keeper and theme hostpital and the others you will love this and the new players if you want something smart and confusing get this now
