I cannot recommend the game in its current state. I've had a number of issues when playing with a party with not all members being put in the lobby, or the timer not counting for some people (making a game never found). Any time i queue for competitive it will flicker that a game is found and then searching again - always ending with it saying game not found.

If you even get into a game, which is about 70% of the time I try, there's almost nothing preventing friendly fire. After enough team kills, the game will make it so that friendly fire is instead done back to you, but this also goes away after a little bit. Their anti-griefing measures are poor to say the least. I've had just terrible teammates constantly throwing grenades or shooting rockets into rooms with teammates and they get no penalty for it. In a game with limited respawning with decent timers in between, allowing this is detrimental to gameplay and really messes up the flow.

As for map setup, there are a few where the areas of control are abysmally set up. You can't advance too far forward, but the lines for this are not intuitive, and in some situations force you to only take buildings from one side even though you could easily push up and surround the building if not for the arbitrary boundaries.

Finally, there is not kick system implemented. People can afk for 90 seconds before being kicked, but it doesn't stop someone from hiding in a corner as last alive an not playing the objective. It does not stop the guy whose.

Update: Stats also do not seem to reflect properly. Had to restart client to see ranks/progress in competitive placements. Also, 4 stacked all of placements, we got 2 silvers, 1 gold, and a plat at the end of it. Great system
