Lets get the bad thing out of the way to start with, the map pool is tiny, like REALY tiny. BUT i would say that nither the story, nor the maps that are avalible is what keeps this game intertaning. This game relies 100% on its combat mecanics that are fun, inturetive and addictive.

When you first start our in the game you will most likely start our on easy, you will hack and slash through all levels on easy in around 2 - 3 hours, and you will find this BORRING as frick. BUT if you just nugde the dificulty up to hard then the game will feel so much more intense, and therefore also alot more engaging.

This game have a wonderful feel to both control, sound design and weapons. When you hit a rat with a hammer then the swing feels heavy, i have never tried a game with better feeling weapon design before in my life.

I will say that without a dought this is my favourite game i have ever played. Even though Vermintide 2 is just about to launch i still think you owe yourself the chance to try this game, its fun and adictive.

I dident even cover the CO OP part of this game! It is fun to slay hordes of rats with you best mate, or just random people that you stumble into on the internet. Most people are nice and do try to make your experince good, some even go out of their way to teach you how to get most out of the game. The game even have a very active Subreddit with lots of people willing to help you get started if you are willing to try this great game out.

I recommend this game to anyone that wants a great fun experince with other people, while testing their skills killing hordes of scaven.
