DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. THE DEV IS EXTREMELY MENTALLY UNSTABLE.

EDIT 2: Okay so just a heads up. The Dev (LavaFlame2) is extremely extremely fragile and if you leave a bad review and finds out who you are he will ban you on everything he possibly can and all your friends. After i spoke to him on discord he then blocked me. Banned me from the discord and sub Reddit and then banned all of my guild members. He took this review very personally and now attacked me and my friends because i gave my honest thoughts about the game and how i feel about it in its current state. Dev has been late with every single update he has ever released is usually on holiday not actually working on developing the game unfortunately. Make sure not to spend money on the game as odds are he will be giving up developing this game very soon (just like his last games he has done the exact same thing with).

EDIT: Spoke to the Dev and he cleared up that a lot of the things he says on stream are usually just a joke and not to be taken seriously. I understand he is pretty busy and cant always be around to fix things everyone wants on command. The game isn't fully released so you should expect there to be balancing issues and bugs. If you don't want stuff like this then I would recommend to get the game on release. Dev is extremely passionate about the game and I have no doubt he wants only the best for the game. Wrote this review for a bit of a joke at the time but also had some genuine criticism about the game as I really enjoy the game and only want the best for it :)

I've played this game since release and my highest level is level 106 and run one of the top 10 guilds but I cant recommend anyone to play this game due to how little balance and thought goes into new content and how it effects current content.

The art style is great. The community is great. The whole idea of the game is great. However, certain parts of the game just make it so hard to want to keep playing and get excited to keep playing. Every time I watch one of Lava Flame 2's (The Dev) streams it just makes me want to stop playing more and more.

The main issue is HE DOESN'T PLAY HIS OWN GAME.

Every single live stream Lava does, he finds out 40+ new things he had absolutely no idea where actually in the game and at least 50+ bugs he is clueless about. He does quests live on stream and only THEN realizes how hard/impossible it actually is (Cattleprod's questline for example, literally impossible for most classes). This doesn't include the endless stream of bugs and issues people are bringing up in the chat.

He's said on stream many times how he thinks his own game is boring and how he doesn't play it and doesn't know how people can play it. He's said he doesn't actually play the game...

He doesn't know Skill AFK gains is OP (he doesn't play his own game). He doesn't know Time Candies progress anvil production (he doesn't play his own game). He doesn't know there are major bugs to do with login pop ups not showing and talent points going into negatives (he doesn't play his own game). He doesn't know that Barbs are crazy under powered late game due to Zow but then he nerfs them because they're good early (he doesn't play his own game). He doesn't know archers are terrible for bossing (he doesn't play his own game). He doesn't know how bad the storage situation ACTUALLY is (he doesn't play his own game). He doesn't know 95% of the quest lines (he doesn't play his own game). He doesn't know how hard it is to craft certain items (he doesn't play his own game). And the main one that's driving me and many other late game players far away from this game is POST OFFICE (he doesn't play his own game). He genuinely must have no idea how bad it is...

I will say, most major bugs seem to get sorted and I don't see a big cheating problem and not many game breaking bugs which is always a positive.

In his Lavas most recent stream he announced the Refinery. He said its going to be the ONLY thing that will be in the game that will require a constant amount of resources as there isnt anything currently in the game that does that. POST OFFICE IS EXACTLY THIS. I get deliveries where i need to hand in 3 T4 weapons, hand in 100k of 1 item and Plat tools... These all take multiple days with multiple characters all working on it to complete. Its impossible to do any other kinds of content while trying to keep your streak, cant push my alchemy, cant save for future patches, the entire game is just Post Office..

!!! Literally as im writing this Lava just announced hes making Post Office scale off streaks which is kinda what it needed !!!

Play the game, see what its about but I cant recommend people to play for a long time if the creator isn't even playing the game. Lava play your game. Get some thorough player testers. Get multiple opinions on things before they go live. Consider how new content effects existing content.
