I respect the developers for not abandoning the game, but the game still isn't good. The gameplay loop is horribly dull and uninspired. Graphics are a hit or miss depending on the planet. On some planets the graphics are quite pleasant, while on others they can be offensive to the eye. The game runs okayish on decent hardware, but certainly doesn't feel smooth. Sound design is fine, but DEAR GOD I hate the robot voice constantly giving me useless information which I can see just fine on the HUD. Controls are manageable, but it can be pretty clunky at times. Except for the space ship, that thing is uncontrollable with a mouse and keyboard. The multiplayer experience is buggy and feels like it was made by people that never played a multiplayer game in their life. Both me and my friend had to do the same exact objectives while sharing the planet's resources.


Get it when there's a big discount and watch your playtime so you are eligible for a refund. Otherwise avoid.
