Overall an Underwhelming 6/10

Cons:
- The ending was hot garbage and could of been handled better. It also feels very cliche (same with some of the inbetween events in the story)
- The game consistently forces you to play stealthy too often in my opinion. I understand that Xeno is top of foodchain but gameplay wise it gets boring having to wait in a locker for literally 2 minutes just waiting for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chance to step out without being insta killed. The only times you can make agro plays is if youre willing to waste you flame ammo or mollies (which for some reason didnt work all the time)
- Although the game is praised for its advanced AI, it didnt really feel special
- Animations take ages and not only is it frustrating to sit through some of them without being able to cancel them in tight situations, but it literally gives enough time for Xeno to spawn in and kill you before its done
- Whenever theres a mixed enemy fight, through the power of friendship everyone decides youre top priority and will choose to fight you instead of each other (Not a big deal but it breaks immersion)
- Lastly, The most annoying thing by far are the Android enemies. All of their attacks will animation lock you giving time for EVERYTHING else to surround you (plus it gets old after the first 2 times), the stun baton becomes useless because you'll usually encounter Androids in groups making the EMP charge the only consistent tool against them without having to waste all you ammo on them, not to mention that Androids will stay on your tracks for very long and if they do find you (say under a desk for example), THEIR ATTACK IS TO JUST BODY BLOCK YOU AND KICK YOU WITH THEIR CRINGE ASS ROBLOX LOOKING AH ANIMATION, AND the surprise Androids that grab your tootsies every now and then are VERY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ANNOYING. They have a long ass animation lock that gets old very quickly.
-Plus theres some immersion braking bugs like some animation locks not having any sound

Pros:
- Good world building and great level design. Overall the puzzle elements and the amount of loot felt nicely distributed
- Amazing atmosphere. They did a great job making the environment itself feel immersive.
- Extra words just to make it seem like theres at least 3 good things about this game


Honestly, Id only recommend playing the game if youre a fan of the franchise and want to experience fighting Xeno, but at this rate just go play DBD and hope you match against a xeno player. If youre new to the franchise or this is your intro to it, i dont recommend it. Just go watch the OG movies and be happy with that instead. Hopefully they do a better job with the 2nd game theyre making
