TL;DR - The entire game is combat, and the combat feels mindless and unsatisfying - it's almost completely devoid of the feedback and game feel that makes games like Nuclear Throne great.

When you say "twin-stick bullet hell RPG" that sounds awesome because I love twinstick shooters and I love bullet hells. Unfortunately, the combat in this game seems to boil down to "hold attack in one of four directions and press your ability buttons sometimes", which is extremely shallow.
If your combat is lacking in depth and thought, it should make up for it through game feel - flashy abilities, stylish animations, a feeling of weight and impact produced by knockback and screenshake, that kind of thing. None of what I just listed is present, so it barely feels like you're doing anything when you attack. Your only feedback on if you even hit something is a damage number, since projectiles don't have any animation for launch or impact, they're just a static image, and enemies don't flash white when taking damage. Combat feels mindless and extremely unsatisfying, which is a problem when the entire game is combat.
All of the characters and bosses are plagued with extremely cliche, bordering on cringey dialogue. Maybe this is an attempt to make the game seem silly and fun, but it really doesn't work when the bosses are also trying to look intimidating and like a serious threat.

The gameplay is not that interesting and the game is extremely lacking in game feel. Enemies could get pushed back, or flash white, or play a damage noise, or do *anything* when they get hit, but they don't. Projectiles could have an animation for shooting them or for colliding with something, but they don't. The basic attack animation could have literally any degree of style or interest, but it doesn't. It's a cheap way to have some fun with friends, but there's certainly better games to be playing.

Extremely fun. It's something you can pick up and play, and stop playing, at any time. Not because it's casual and mindless, either; it's extremely skillful. Because it's so difficult, getting further into a run tha usual feels rewarding, and dying afterward can be infuriating. (In the best of ways) The art is good, and there's a fair bit done to make using every weapon feel satisfying.
I cannot recommend it enough.

Great turn-based RPG. Long-term strategy in choosing who gets which abilities, thus focusing each character around certain roles, and shorter-term stuff in deciding when you need to buff and debuff in-battle. And unless you're playing on Easy, you DO need to buff. (Which means the game has difficulty pretty much just right, especially as you can choose between Easy, Normal, Hard, and Epic.)
The dialogue is also very entertaining, the art style is nice, and if the enemy design isn't good there'll be witty comments on how unoriginal it is.

tl;dr: Good difficulty, good gameplay, good music, good graphics, good dialogue. Get.
