I was born in Cameroon, West Africa. When I was 13 years old I was given an AK-47 for my Birthday. They forced me from School. For weeks I endured physical training beyond painful, my limits were broken multiple times per day. One day a local gun runner showed up to my village and he was determined to make it his village. My brother came to me and told me... "Roar Tiger, you are a warrior now. You must move like the wind and you must fight like it. Together we will forever free the people. Now we fight, come Tiger... to battle!" I unloaded my gun into the vehicle of the warlord... and then the gun jammed. I knew it was my final moment to be alive. I wasn't scared and I wasn't sad. I accepted my fate. The Warlord drove away as he was scared off from my bullets. Until he came back the next day with his whole group. He then raped and killed everybody. I hid in a parasite infested river. I was ready to fight like the wind and wage Guerilla Warfare. However I was too late... then I became a Refugee to Canada.
