I didn’t expect to get hooked on Peggle Deluxe, but it’s way more fun than it looks. The concept is super simple—just aim and shoot balls at pegs—but once the ball starts bouncing around, it gets weirdly intense. Some shots feel planned, others are pure chaos, and both are fun.

The best part is clearing the last orange peg. Everything goes slow-mo, the music kicks in, and it feels way more epic than it should. It’s over-the-top, but that’s what makes it so satisfying.

The different characters and abilities help keep things from getting repetitive, even after a bunch of levels. Some stages can be a little frustrating, especially when you barely miss the last peg, but it never feels unfair.

Yeah, it looks a bit dated, but once you start playing you don’t really care.

Overall, it’s a really chill, addictive game. Easy to pick up and way too easy to lose track of time playing.
