Not everyone is going to like every game, and sequels are always a concern. In fact, I remember Killing Floor 2's rough beginning. But it wasn't this rough, because even with some limitations it still felt Killing Floor. Customisation, variety of perks, bonuses and level design, it still had Killing Floor in it and it grew.

Not this time.

Now there's some people giving positive reviews saying the game is good. Is the game good?
It's okay.
But this does not feel like a Killing Floor game. This feels more like a game assuming the KF name, while trying to be the next CoD Zombies. It feels overly frantic, un-optimised, and more focused on self preservation rather than a team game.
The lackluster form that is happening here at least to me, is a clear indication that this game is UNFINISHED. Rather than KF2 that had a rough launch but came back, this game is clearly trying to avoid the Early Access trope, and yet still falls victim to it.

Why didn't you delay the game longer? Why didn't you listen to fan feedback during the beta?
I was there during the beta, I'm a streamer on twitch and received a code. One of your team came into my chat Tripwire, and we talked, but my comments were either sidestepped or given a corporate response.
Basic Killing Floor functionality is missing, and I mean BASIC. No perk change midgame? What if we need a medic with proper medic skills? No ammo boxes for those amazing clutch moments KF always provided? And what's with the hero system, you're not Overwatch. Why can't we change the wave system, not everyone wants 6 waves, some want longer and others shorter.

Again, even Killing Floor 2's launch kept it KF. You ACTIVELY removed perks, removed skills, removed characters and even removed Zed types! And if you say you're adding everything later, then again this is NOT A FINISHED GAME.

I cannot in good faith recommend this. The only people who are having fun with this are those either new to the series or are used to the typical zombie horde drivel. Killing Floor is better than this. I feel like I felt when after waiting for Back 4 Blood for so long.
