i like the game and just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ADD A SAND BOX MODE PLEASE I HATE SIMULATOR WITHOUT A SAND BOX MODE PLEASE MAKE ONE OR IF THERE IS ONE PLEASE tell me im kinda dissapointed i like the game tho

I haven't played in years but I remembered there being a sandbox mode, so I loaded up the game to check.

When you go to create a new prison, if you scroll down to the bottom of the list of modifications you can choose from, there's one called "Unlimited Funds".

I don't remember if there are odd limits on what you can do in this sandbox mode (such as certain things still being gated behind requirements), but I hope this helps.
