Rust. The "most challenging survival game." This game has drained me mentally and physically. Staying up until 3 am waiting for my base to be offline raided has drained me. And I have almost a years play time and it has honestly taken an entire years worth of social life away from me. I stopped playing in May of 2022 because the developers do not know how to update or maintain their game properly. Face-punch makes themselves look horrible due to all the updates that favor the "new players" or the "role-playing." Rust is not that hard if you just put a bit of time into learning the game. We all start somewhere with it. The game has to many different things that the developers add instead of fixing the game with the fps issues, the lack of optimization to the game, the exploits, and glitches. The developers add new things to the game instead of listening to their player base and fixing the common issues among-st all the players. Over the last 3 months - 2 years they have been babying the player base and not hearing what the longtime vets recommend. Overtime, friends and I have become extremely disappointed with this game. It is no longer enjoyable like it used to be, and has become to easy for the new players to get a jump on it. Most of the time you would have new groups with people over 1k hours, but now, you have people joining groups with like 200 hours on an aim train server because they can "shoot an AK." This game has become nothing but aim, and no brain. Face punch has made me lose interest in this game quick and easily, and you hear people say "rust is to hard to quit, it's addicting." But in all seriousness, once you realize how terrible the game has become, it is not worth the time an effort playing. I no longer support this game, and I do not recommend it to anyone due to the careless and worthless efforts put into this game by the developers.
