Awful, P2W racing game with boring soundtrack and "dead" maps (0 npc cars on tracks, maps look empty, etc). No wonder that this game have only 30 players on eu servers.

All the content in the game but boosters and a few special items (that don't effect player's performance on the track) can be bought with in game currency.
What items are you saying constitute being labelled as "P2W"?
