While I still love my old gpu, the lack of some DirectX 12 effects was starting to hurt the experience. Even consoles feature Ray Tracing to some extent. Also, six gigs of VRAM started to become problematic as well.
And yes, coming from a 80 gpu to a 60 gpu may feel like a major downgrade, but in reality the new card is far superior to the previous one, and I am sticking to full HD instead of jumping to a higher resolution. So, the 5060ti not only provides a vast upgrade but also an excellent value when we consider the price. Since I was never too found of AMD, I think this was an excellent purchase.
