After reading through all the other reviews there are some key points I would agree on and some I wouldn't.
I agree that the multiplayer does not work, there are problems finding the server and you can't use your singeplayer character you have to make a new one. Theres also a fair amount of glitches such as spawning outside the area, but thats only for my minion and to be honest that doesn't matter anyway. The HUD is confusing at first but you can learn it very quickly, its only a few keys you use and shouldn't be a problem. However I dont find that these "issues" make or break this game.

My biggest issues with this is the mana management, expansions and difficulty.
Expansion:
You can buy this game for $6 which isn't too bad, however, it is incomplete. The game only goes up to 4 acts and you can only play as 7 of the 13 characters. In order to continue, you have to spend an additonal $19 to get the rest of the characters and acts. ( Or wait for a big sale) You also get new relics/monsters/skins/achievements and quests. The quests however are bland and short ( they only go up to act 4). Basically, you get an entire new game.
Mana Management:
Each character gets 4 unique set of skills to use. You acquire them at level 1, 12,24,36 or 48 depending on the class. For the first 30 levels or so mana is no issue, however once you get to the mid game and you acquire your last skill, it is physically impossible to use a skill because your mana pool is smaller than the required mana to use the ability. For Example, on my level 50 bererker i have 1.2k mana, however every skill besides my first requires over 1.3k mana so I'm stuck having to A) Redo my skill tree or B) Wait till I find new gear. The Dev's need to reduce mana costs on all skills or atleast buff every characters mana pool because if you cant even use a skill it drains the fun from the game.
Difficulty:
I hear a lot of people complaining how difficult some of the bosses are, and my response to that is, learn the game. For example the Grim Reaper which a lot of people have trouble with, is not that difficult. You just attack him and when he casts death coil, move away from him and dodge the skulls and repeat. When he hits his third and final stage you just go where the skulls are not. Granted it takes some practice but its not a difficult fight. The issues i have with the difficulty is that the game seems to be tailored for ranged characters, simply because they arent in the action and have time to avoid leathal projectives whereas if you are melee you are, for a lack of better terms, ♥♥♥♥♥♥. For example there are characters that can freeze you in an icy block that is extremely difficult to dodge especially if you're melee that CC you for over 2 seconds and in that time you are swarmed by mobs and get hit by blue lasers and arrows and GGWP. For the difficultly levels, you need to rely on heavy lifesteal and lucky relic finds in order to survive difficulties higher than nightmare. I dont even want to try Toxic because even the most basic attack is a one shot. Overall this game has a high learning curve that relies on mechanics and quick reactions but there are times where there is a statistically 0% chance to survive.

After all these issues the game still has tons of replay value, I'm on my fourth character right now, this game is one of the better dungeon crawlers that I played however I would not recommend this because It can get real frustrating real fast and its not a good co op games until the Dev's fix it.

The only problem is getting credits in this game is nearly impossible. The only way to get enough credits to buy new mercs/cases is to complete missions that refresh every couple hours that only give 500 or 750 credits at best. A win or loss is only going to give you max 200 credits (base fee) unless you have a booster (have to buy with REAL money). Just to put it in perspective. It takes 30,000 credits to get the cheapest merc so if you start with 0 credits and dont do any missions while getting a 200 base fee every game it would take you 150 games. Not to mention each game could last up to an hour. It doesnt force you to spend real life money but it makes you want to.
