Sorry can't play a game that states I may severly impact people (without specifinig what kind of impact). I think it might be a joke or something like that. For me that statement is a no go as long the computer or the game ist connected to a network. It is to much effort to sandbox the game. My expectation was the game should ensure that decisions in game would not impact other real people. I also wouldn't play a multiplayer game where I physicaly hurt other people. I have no problem with one player's avatar kills an avatar of another player, as long the players stay safe. But I don't participate in a Milgram experiment.
